By participating in the Three Hills competition, all participants signify their consent to, and agree with the Terms & Conditions listed below.
- 1Participation is open to all residents of Malta and Gozo, aged 18+ at the time of entry to this competition. Under 18’s would need the consent of both parents/legal guardians where applicable.
- 2Participants who are minors are to submit their ID /passport number together with details of parents/guardians.
- 3To participate, participants must first ‘LIKE’ the Three Hills Facebook Page.
- 4Participants must submit all details requested before submitting code found underneath the Three Hills Kunserva sleeves
- 5All winners will be contacted within 2 working days, using the email address or telephone number supplied at time of entry.
- 6Winners must answer a simple talent question to claim the gifts. Only participants who manage to give the correct answer to the talent question will win.
- 7The organizers of this competition reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner and all relevant parties, prior to awarding the prize.
- 8After consent is given to the organiser, details of participants will be kept by the organisers to inform participants about promotions or launches of new products by The Magro Food Village which includes Magro Brothers Food Ltd, Farm Fresh Ltd and Savina Creations Ltd.
- 9Prizes cannot be transferred nor exchanged.
- 10Participants may participate more than once, using different codes.
- 11The organisers are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of participation in this competition.
- 12If the prize remains unclaimed or subject to claims which become invalid or which are adjudged void at any time it may be re awarded by the organizers, only at their sole discretion, to another participant.
